The project wont pulse at injectors

alright so this is my history. 1987 camaro iroc used to be 305 tpi i put a 350 into it and had to get a new wiring harness. its been all pulled apart for a while i just got it back together. i got a msd street fire box, AC deleted, egr is in place but not connected, rest of the emission system is gone, fuel pump relay for what ever reason was hacked off this harness so i got the fuel pump hot wired to a switch. it all ran before as it is minus the newer harness. the only reason i got a new harness is because my fuel pump wouldnt turn on i had to hotwire my pump anyways.

car cranks fine, spark is fine, 45psi at the rails, injectors are getting 12v constant with ign on, all injectors ohmed at between 12-12.5 these are LT1 injectors, i have a spare ecm ive tried both with no flash on my timing light when i hook it to an injector wire, the connectors on my dizzy are all hooked up but i havent tested the dizzy at all not sure how to double check those but it did run about a year ago with the same one.

any info on how to test the pickup coils and stuff would be cool . i do have a few wires behind my engine just hanging out but i figured they are emissions or ac related.

please help! ive been working on this thing for 2 years and havent drove it out of my garage im about ready to turn it into scrap my motvation is running out!

the pictures i added in here are of the spare connectors and my wiring setup i removed the plug wires to try and find loose wires easier.

Re: The project wont pulse at injectors

Is TPS set correctly?
High TPS Volts while cranking will shut off injector pulse.
Really need to pull the codes to see if any spark /ESC related ones showing
Also injectors should ohm out closer to 16
