assemby of a moser 9 inch ?

Have any of you guys pieced together and installed a 9" and if so how tough is it ? Just the third member, spool bearings, pinion, ring gear..etc. Installing the housing, axels, brakes, etc.etc. i can handle myself.

I've got all the components, just not real sure if this is something that i can do myself, or if i should send it out to be done.

Any advice is "mucho" appreciated !

no harder than any other rear end, i've not done enough to do it without thinking more so than gm rears. the pinion shims always seemed backwards to me but i learned o ngm.

The spool bearings and pinion shim are my biggest concerns, ive heard that you need a bearing press for the spool bearings..?
