screwy clutch problem, i'm out of ideas
Heres a little history first. I installed a centerforce DF clutch in my t5, put it back together to find that i had a bad slave cylinder so i changed that and while bleeding it the pushrod on my master cylinder broke. So i changed that too and proceeded to bleed it again. We got it bled and had good pedal and slave travel but today my buddy pushed in the clutch to try starting the car and it made a "pop" and now the only pressure on the pedal is from the spring loaded master cylinder. Naturally i checked for leaks and found none but every time he pumped the clutch i could see the resevoir get lower and lower. I'm completely stumped right now about this, any thoughts?

Sounds like that system is a piece of junk, hope you didnt pay much for it...
Ill have to give another vote for one of the cylinders filling up with fluid.

Well the slave is just a stock replacement from autozone, if it cant handle the pressure, what do you recommend doing? Im gonna pick up another one this weekend because it was under warranty and see if it lasts any longer.

Are those new parts or are they rebuilds? You can either get really good at replacing the two or upgrade to an aftermarket setup. There used to be a couple companys that made universal kits. I forget theyre names now.
