Your going to need to get a new transmission crossmember, that is designed for a TH-350 transmission. The 350 doesnt have any mounting points for the factory torque arm to mount to, so the new x-member has to have something for that. Try BMR fabrication, Im not sure if your factory shifter will work? Also- You may need a new driveshaft, depending on whether or not you have a short tail, or a long tail th-350.

Hope this helps!

Heres what the crossmember looks like:

b&m makes a bracket that bolts to the tail shaft for the torque arm. it's like $90.00. i have one somewhere.
