Double Grounding the Coil

i have a accel coil, and someone told me that grounding the coil to the chassis will actually help the coil produce more spark, is this true. Should i do it?

i don't kow if it'll help but it won't hurt. if, for some reason, you have a slight ground issue between your coil bracket and block (head), then you run a ground wire (FROM the coil mounting holes) to another ground sourch, you'd be fine.
