SLP Headers 1 3/4"

Does anybody have pics of these for a 3rd Gen? Does the driverside header have a dent in the primary tube to clear the steering shaft?
Thanks

they are shaped similar to TES but look much better.

mine didn't come dented, and I used a grinder to clearance for the steering shaft.

i used a blowtorch to heat it up and gave it a couple light taps with a hammer to make the right clearance.

Mine aren't dimpled, but I didn't have a clearance problem with the steering shaft on mine either. SLP told me I might have to put new motor mounts if I encounter this problem.

Some people have steering shaft problems, others dont. Ron84ZZ4 came up with the solution of moving your steering shaft over a tad if it hits the headers. Dont dent them if you can help it.

I have the 1-3/4 inch off road headers on my car and I experienced no clearance problems at all. I am very happy with the fit and performance.

I also had to clearance for my steering shaft. I had to grind the post on the end of the #3(I think) sparkplug to get it in. Other than that, they went in pretty easy.

Kevin is right, don't dimple the tube if you can help it.

I put in new motor mounts when I installed mine, had no clearance problems at all.
