I just got one from them about a week ago or so, i haven't put it in the car yet because i need to fix some rust by the t-tops first, but basically its just a flexible plastic, should last a long time, WAY better than the factory one if you ask me. Hope this helps.

The more i look at the other company im I'm begining to like the AA Best company's offer. It is like three dollars more and has a written lifetime warrenty...May not be a factor but still always good to know that you have it. While once i have the money laying around ill buy the headliner and see what happens. Thanks a lot guys

I put that headliner in a few years ago and it still looks great. I did have 2 problems. problem #1 is there is a clip in the original headliner just above the rearview mirror, the aftermarket one didn't have this. The second problem was my fault, I cracked the rear hatch upper trim that holds the back of the headliner in place. The new unit weighed more than the old one, I should have had someone help me install rather than trying to support it off one screw. My camaro is a hard top model.

I also installed one . Same problem missing clips up front by mirror. I just measured off the old headliner , reomved the clips and epoxied them on to the new headliner . I had another problem , i have a dual map light dome light , but the hole was made for a standard light . So i had to trim the headliner for it to fit right . That was the most time consuming part . My old liner had broken about that point so i couldn't get a good measurment . So i used the dome as a template then cut my hole , i was afraid to cut to much so i ended up installing about 4 times till it fit right .
