Summit sells spark plug wire wraps that are resistant up to 1200*, do these work good?

I used a few sleeves made from Taylor, and I like them. They definately gave me the peace of mind of not having burnt wires as a result of being next to my headers. For me, they've done the job..

 

plug wraps may be worth the money, although you will probably see the same benefits form a good set of wire looms. This route may also save you some money.

 

Jegs sells some for $15 or so. I got 10 feet of slip cover and that was enough. These are good till 1400*
