Has anyone put a LT4 Hot Cam in a 305TPI?? and how did you get it to run right.

You're gonna have a tought time with that cam in a 305. I have one in a 355 and it runs a little rough while idling in Drive, but that can be taken care of through tuning. If you're burning your own chips and know what you're doing, you can get it to run OK, more so with the '730 ECM (I can't believe I said that!).

I wouldn't put that big of a cam in a 305..it was designed for a very high output 350.
