should I get a trans go shift kit?

I think that a shift kit will help my car take some more of the other 305s around my town.

anyways, I've heard bad things about b&m, and the trans go is only $130. any feedback will help.

Great product. Not too bad to install. Check the trans board for more info.

vic if you would like, my buddy has the trans go shift kit, with stock #700.
it is made for the 700r4 from the camaro.
he is willing to get rid of it for $50, he won it at a car show, and since he doesnt even have a camaro it does him no good. i dont want it because my trans is starting to slip and i am hoping it will last till late fall when i can pull it and a friends dad will rebuild it.

but if you get me back in email or what not, i can talk to him.

I got the reprogramming kit which involves major work on the valve body. I don't know about anyone else but I was never happy with the way it performed and it was a mother to install. I now have a TCI streetfighter tranny and it is shifts much better than my rebuilt unit with the trans-go kit in it.
