Well since GM doesn't sell complete distributors anymore, and I would really prefer to have a GM distributor, where is the best place to buy a rebuilt one, preferably with all new GM parts?

 

GM still sells them complete.

hmm, thats not what the parts lady at the dealership told me and the gmpartsdirect catalog says they dont sell them complete either, only in parts.

 

Did you look up that p/n? GMPD has it. Still on the goodwrench online catalog too.

 

Is that the correct distributor for a 92? This is weird, if you go on the gmpartsdirect catalog, it says not available complete anymore, and with this part # it says it is. The pf25 oil filter is also supposed to be discontinued, yet gmpartsdirect says you can buy packs of 12 from them. What gives?

 

Its GMPP and is for late model V8s with fuel injection and computer controls. Can also be used in place of the larger incap coil dists with some minor wiring changes. Just drops in.
