Nobody has a pic of the gauges? I am curious as well. I know some of you have these gauges in your cars I have seen pics and they look really tight. Nobody has any pics of them lit up? Thanks Jered

yea, those gauges look really really cool, but think about the cost of buying them.

sport comp doesnt look that great at night i had them but right now im using phantom gauges, get electric, they are better and easier, mechanical is for older cars....when a sending unit didnt exist...the nite blow and phantom ones look good i think, air/fuel i had pro comp on another car and it looked good at night...

I completely agree with 86iroc. I HAD the Sport Comp Monster Tach, and now I have the Phantom 5" Tach (to complement my other 2 Phantom gauges), and I think the Phantom gauges are definately a step up. Especially in the night. The Phantom tach is BRIGHT if you have your dash lights on at full illumination. Can't say the same for the Sport Comps

I'm 90% sure the AutoMeter air/fuel ratio gauge does NOT have background lighting, just the little LED's that light up.

i have pics of my gauges on this site ( (3) 2 5/8" autometer phantom gauges)... but there are no pics at nighttime. But hey... even if the pics are good just to give you installation ideas then they're not a complete waste .

P.S. I'd also like to add that AutoMeter is a GREAT company to deal with. I had the voltmeter break on me (the resistance on the needle broke, internal problems, no broken glass or anything,) and I just simply sent it back to AutoMeter and within 2 weeks I had a new one shipped to my house (complete package... new light harness and all.) All I had to do was pay the $3 shipping fee to get it to them. Very pleased with their service!

I'm going with the Lunar series, tach, air/fuel, fuel pressure, nitrous, and transmission temp. I think they look cooler at night!
