ACCEL or Hypertech coil?

Which one do you like? Are they both the same when it comes down to it?

Go for the Proform 50,000 volt coil. Half the price of the Hypertech.

I think it's cause it's kinda long and has a bunch of stuff in it that really doesn't need to be there.

Still, it is A-OK for you guys to say it's wordy. I'm not too insecure to take a little criticism ... from some people who obviously have nothing better to do with their time than pick on poor little guys like me, for whom their car is the greatest toy they have in life ;(

No, go ahead and criticise me and see if I care :P

Hah, I don't care ... go ahead! Criticise me! I dare you! Hah, hah, hah!!!

Oh. lol. Nah, not offensive, just long-winded and has a bunch of stuff that's pretty much granted on the majority of these cars. And big sigs always look lopsided on small posts; like a snowman made with small snowballs at the bottom. I'm glad you didn't make a big deal about it, because I wasn't about to. If you're like: "because I want to" that's the end of it as far as I'm concerned. I do like the "verse" at the end though. hehe.

I have an Accel coil. If I had the cash i'd buy one of the new Jacobs FireControl coils. Whatever you get, make sure you mount it properly.Oh, and guys?....you need to get a grip. That guy can put whatever the hell he wants in his sig. At least it's not some pic that takes 2 minutes to load.

I would stick with all one manufacturer on an ignition package that way it all works well together. MSD makes GREAT ignition products.

Well, the way you have it organised gives me a few problems.

Want a couple of tips?

Try to condense things a bit by keeping relative items grouped, and keep closely related items on one line. Like ignition parts should all be on a single line if you can get them there.

Also, you don't really want to add extra lines between groups of items. That just takes up space for no good reason and breaks the flow of your storyline, you know?

LOL!!! Keep on truckin'

PLUS ... I run my 19 Diamondtron monitor at 1600x1200x32bit colour. I get an enormous amount of text on my screen--way, way more than people running at 800x600 or 1024x768.

Thus, for me at least, my signature doesn't take up much screen real estate at all

You guys just have to get better video cards and larger monitors ;p

I didn't see you say if you had an internal or external coil hei. It does make a differance. Either way I would go with the Accell coil I have never had a problem with one of their coils. Just don't get their wires they suck. Just my $0.02

Running an accel coil with a hypertech cap and rotor. Like them both. Got the hypertech cap because the accel was that ugly tan color.
