I have to order Adjustable fuel pressure regulator within hour HELP ME QUICK!

I have to get this done, so as of now i took off the plennum, Now i gotta find out which is the best Adjustable regulator i can get, im getting the Accel pressure gauge that adapts to the fuel rail, which and where can i get a good adjustable pressure regulator for a good not Expensive price?, Oh yeah if possible can anyone hint me on what PSI i should have the fuel at with my list of mods, as of now im running the motor without the SLP runners, 52mm throttle bodie and airfoil, im running stock chip for mean time and im not using any power adder, thanx

Mods:340,edelbrock victor jr. intake, 650 4 barrel holley, heddman headers,40 series dual flowmasters, cold air intake,4:10 gears, just got a new paint job and cragar rims with 315 tires in the back.
:Yeah its not a chevy but damn how many 71' dusters have u seen in the streets.

I know it's a little late, but i'm using the tpis.......most people i know are running the same thing and it has worked great on my car. it was realtively inexpensive as well.

Vortech305 what is the part number for the accel gauge that connects to the fuel rail?
How much do the fuel guages that mount in the car cost and part # if known.
