A good rotating assemble
A lot of people do. Go to your local engine/performance shop and ask them if they have any kits available. they usually do. Also you could go to www.ptperformance.net which is one of thirdgen.org's sponsors. he has balanced rotating assemblies ready to go
Yeah, there are tons. Many companies have many different stages of kits. Whether it be stroker or not. The best bet for you would be to go to your local performance/machine shop and talk to them. Every shop around my house sells kits. Whether it be a stock rebuild or all forged and race ready.

/91 TA daily driver LB9 A4 2.73, yeah, i have a lot of performance shops around me. even one that is 5 minutes of my shop, maybe heard of it fast times? I can think of at least 9 or 10 off the top of my head that is within 1/2 of me.
