cold air induction on e bay
I found this cold air induction kit on ebay from a company called intake power, the air intake superstore. it seems similar to do it yourselfe ones I have seen on this site. Has anyone else seen this or purchased one? the kit costs $35 and $23 for shipping.

your car domain page gives me vertigo
As soon as I looked at it I fell off my chair and foamed at the mouth.
p.s. I don't see any info about your intake.

Looks like just a piece if tubing bent just right with a conical filter on it(as in not a cold air intake). Looks pretty good. Not a bad price, but shipping seems steep.

Im stupid.
I still fail to see how these things are called "cold" air intake....its just a pipe with a cone filter on it, and its sucking air from inside the engine compartment. I dunno about you, but that air is hardly "cold".
Dont get me wrong, I understand the type that duct down into the foglight holes in camaros, but this type that just attaches a pipe onto the front of the intake, ill never understand.

I don't see it being much better than using stock tubing and a K@N filter, except there is no air filter houseing. 15 hp no way, the rest of the tubing IS still stock.

Your just as likely to gain as much power as that thing wil give you by gutting the TPI air box ( on my 86 at least) and running 2 pieces of $5 4" dryer hose from behind the foglights up to the filters..
