Rear brakes... Replace orig or go aftermarket?
I havn't had a chance to check my RPO codes yet, but I've been told that my car could be either the standard version, or the performance package from factory. The store lists 2 rotors for my back brakes, a 2.5" one, and a 4" one.
Basicly what I'm wondering is that to do the calipers, rotors, and pads will cost me between $4-500. Would it be better to seek aftermarket rotors, calipers, pads for the back brakes, or stick to original.
For $4-500 whats available?
Thanks! - Joe

You have the J65, four-wheel disc, package. The rotors are 10.5 all the way around, the calipers are iron (I'd be highly surprised with you have the 11.7 rotors with alum PBR calipers). While they're adequate, the rears (and the fronts for that matter) are an easy up-grade. Here's what I did:

Kits for front and rear are available from Ed Miller on this site. I suggest you PM him for more info and pricing.
