Shift lights?

Just trying to get some ideas on what people are using, I'am looking for something that's just the light itself not something with a tach. So let me know what you have and if you like it, maybe where you mounted it. Pic's would be great to if you have them!

I recently picked up the MSD digital shift light.I dont have it mounted yet,but i'll be sticking it in the car soon.

It's fully adjustable, you can set the light to come on at different RPM's for 3 gears. It's got an LED display for programming the light and the shift light itself is about 3/4" across with 6 or 7 LED's filling the space.

It looks like a really good peice.I cant wait to trt it out.

With that digital msd one don't you need their digital ignition setup as well? Does sound pretty cool that you can do 3 gears separate, how does it know what gear your in?

I have no idea how it tells what gear your in.All i know is it says programable for 3 gears.

I believe it will work with any ignition. It has 3 wires to be hooked up if i remeber right. I will have to find a link to it for you on the MSD site.

i have a proform light. it is from summit. works great. looks exactly like a light from a tach w/ shift light combo but you can adjust it on the back from 3000 all the way to like 9000. im pleased with it. it is off like 500 rpm but i think my tach is off i will find out when i put it on the dyno.

the only thing about that light is that it doesnt look like it can be adjusted very much. it looks like you would have to mount it where it is facing you but there really arent that many spots that you can have it mounted like that. ill snap a pic of mine when i get home and show you. i do like the led's and the size of that one though.
