Jacobs Electronics Pro Street Ignition. Worth the $ or not.

I am looking at adding the J.E. Pro Street ultra team ignition to my 88 GTA 350. Just wondering if anyone can tell me if the gains will justify spending the ~$500. Also i was wondering if anyone has any opinions on a cold air induction kit? I have already modified the air canister, put in a K&N. airfoil, Removed MAF sreens. and ported intake. So is adding a cold air induction going to make much of a difference? Is it worth the $?
Thanks for any opinions / addvice!

I have Jacobs ignition system and am very happy with it. mine was called their Mileage Master Team w/Ultra Coil. The only thing that pissed me off about it was they added two small decals with the order and charged me $1.50 each for them. I don't slap decals on my car (OK, so I've got one on it). I really like the anti-theft feature they had. But it seems they eliminated it when they redesigned their systems from a 2-piece (separate computer & coil) to a one-piece.

I use the Jaccobs Pro Street Ignition and am very happy with it.
All of the added features of the computer are great (theft, rev lim, etc). It is a great product but a little $$$. The wires are fantastic and I wouldn't use anything else.

I have the Omni-Pak System for sale if interested. It has the coil and ignition built into the one unit and is easy wiring. I also have the dist. cap with the coil tower.
I had it on my Z and it works great, but I wanted a rev limiter and my friend who updated to a boost control, sold me his MSD.
If you interested, let me know. I know it's not the same one, but if your interested I'll sell it to you.
