I have it and like it. It's solid steel so is "supposed" to be "unbreakable." Even if it wasn't unbreakable, it is impossible to fit a tool down by the pedals to even attempt such things. Can't pick it because it's a barrel lock. And even if the pedal breaks off it still can't be depressed. The only way I can think of getting around it is if they yank the hell out of it twisting and turning it. But I believe this would result in the car being "un-driveable."
It's more effective on standard (manual) transmission cars (especially 1990 and later). Due to the safety feature that prevents the vehicle from being started without the clutch depressed. I'm contemplating getting another one for the brake.

for standards, but a long shank master lock and lock the clutch and brake pedals together on the shafts... nice and easy and cheap. hard to see = not a deterrant to theft, though. i suppose that a guy could hack through your dash/column just to find out he couldn't dive your car. but then again, you'd still have your car. Works for me, anyway.

I plan to get the autotazer as well. Its been discontinued but a few places still sell it.
If they touch your wheel or anywhere around it they get a little warning. If they do it again they get zapped with 45,000 volts of electricity.

lol nah. You get a little remote for your keychain, just like an alarm system. Arm/disarm.
So if you forget to disarm it and touch the wheel, you will get a warning tone. If you fail to disarm it and touch it again...... ZAAAAAAAAAPPPPPPPPPPPPP BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

How about a machine that crams a damn broomstick up the crook's a@#! Now that would be clever too, especially if it does it before dishing out the electric shock . I think I would want more than a warning tone on that one.

hehe. I've always thought about something with a needle that'll inject the baddie with something to knock him out. Then I'll catch him and can proceed to dismember him myself.
