Angle or staight plug heads & SLP headers??

ARF part # 1021 angled plug heads. Does anybody know if SLP headers will cause any problems. Should I use the staight plugs instead??

Well the archives say angled is better for SLP headers.

I'll let ya know when I have them installed.
AFR 195 angled with SLP 1 3/4 headers.

I just found out that you can order ARF heads that have the heat risers (egr) and get them to put an L98 angle on the plugs.

Ask for the angled street heads (in my case 195 74cc part # 1021) and request they get the L98 angle machined in them.

This will clear the SLP headers and you don't have to do the corvette tube thang. Whoo Hoo!!!

I have accel's 300+ wires and when i first bought them i roasted a couple on the stock exhaust manifolds. I called accel and they sent me another box so i replaced the ones needed.( but they didn't ask for the old wires). last month when i installed my slp headers i found that i needed all angled boots so they would clear the primaries. i just used my spare set and mixed and matched, but i found that ANGLED BOOTS NEED TO BE USED W/ SLP HEADERS
