Formula113

I have been having some problems recieving some wax from them. About a month ago I ordered the "free" sample pack from them. I have already payed the shipping fee, but I still have not recieved it. I know that all of the people on this board have recieved their samples, but a month later I still haven't gotten mine. I keep emailing them asking about it and they keep saying that they are busy, and that they will try look up my order. I am not trying to say that they are a bad company, but I am wondering if they are going to send it and why do they stop answering my emails. If anyone could give me a number to call or let me know how I could contact them I would appreciate it.

Mine was late as well, but when I got the invoice, he didn't charge me anything for it being late. Now that's what I call good business.

I'm about to go outside and put it on my car. If it works as well as everybody says it does, then I'm a customer for life. I prefer honesty and a good word over a bargain any day.

Think about ....

... are you going to drop everything and lookup a sample that COST you money and not made any for you? Be patient. It's worth the wait. I just ordered a case on Thursday and it came on Friday. Now that's awesome service. This is the only was my Dad will use on his 2002 Thunderbird now. It makes my crappy beatup stock paint look pretty nice too on my '87 Iroc. Can't wait to see what this does for a new paint job on the roc.

I actually got my formula 113 a couple of weeks ago and I forgot to post on here that it arrived. There was a long delay, but they made up for it. They sent me a 12oz. bottle of wax and a larger bottle of BeadX. I used it after I got it and it did an excellant job on my car. Took out 95% of the swirl marks and some of the smaller scratches. It also brought out the color in my car. I would reccomend it to anyone.
