Good and bads of this wax system???

So i was at checker today and looking at waxes, it'll be the rs's first wax since the paint and i want good "off the shelf" wax ie no zaino, formula113 stuff like that. So i was looking at the meguires system and nxt wax. I have some slight swirls from when the painter was finishing it up, so wiping those out is a must. I've put this off for awhile trying to research the best waxes and stuff since this is going on a show paint job. So i am looking at

Meguires paint cleaner
Meguires polish
Meguires nxt wax

All are part of they're Crystal series waxes I want to know all the good and bad's on this from people who have used it.

I don't know about that particular wax, but I would suggest you clay bar it before anything. The Mother's clay bar works excellent.

If its for a show car why wouldn't you try anything like Zaino? Considering many people, including me highly recommend it.

These are the exact same products I use, and the results are AMAZING. I can't even describe. And for the price there is nothing out there that beats Meguiars.

The paint cleaner will get rid of your swirls. It reminds me alot of a polishing glaze. Then the polish shines your paint. And the NXT wax is the best/easiest stuff i have ever used.

How did you apply that? Buffer?, applicator pad?

I applied it with an applicator pad. I remove everything with microfiber towels. Honestly the Meguiars Paint Cleaner probably made the biggest difference in my paint, since I had alot of buffing/swirl marks in it from it being a fresh paint job.

Well my biggest thing is i have used meguires and mothers products for years and have been happy with em, i figure why pay the extra money and shipping if i can get teh same quality local and cheaper plus i had gotten a bottle of formula 113 a few years back and told, its the best highest shine you'll get so i did one side of the hood in meguires gold class and one in the 113 and there was absolutely no difference, in fact the meguires beaded water longer than the 113 did.

Tunedport, that looks hot man, thats the wettish look i have and if it took everything out since you said its a fresh paint job....i have the similar problem, still have stuff left since its brand new paint

Camaro05 from the looks of that black your happy with it?:hail:

Yep, it worked great. I know what you're talking about though. It looks shiny but when its in the sunlight you can see the marks from the buffer? The meguiars gets rid of it
