Me too, but not for the same reason...
Jegs has a good selection, but not much else. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. In the last four orders I've placed there they have charged me wrong amounts, double charged my credit card, hung up on me, and some lousey tech advisor told me I was wasting his time. It took four calls, two e-mails and a fax to prove to them that they over charged me!

Both of my orders from Jegs have been filled correctly, and in a timely manner. No complaints here!

I am from Canada like Iroc2NV and have been happy with Jegs. I usually get what I order in 4 or 5 days unlike Summit which usually takes 3 weeks or more for some reason.

11 orders with Jegs, and no problems yet.
21 orders with Summit, and only 2 problems. ( Wrong parts, and both times were phone orders
)
4 orders with PAW, lots of back order problems, and no strong Inet ordering or Database system.
All in the last 3 years.
Most of the orders were via the Internet.
Both Jegs & Summit have excellent records with me. PAW needs to come into the 21 century.
The only problem with Jegs online is the lack of displaying Back order or not in stock info.

Since 1998 I have purchased about $2,500 worth of parts from JEGS and and $1,500 worth of parts from Summit and have had zero problems. It should be noted, however, that when I called I knew exactly what part I wanted so I didn't have to rely on their tech.
Also, almost everything I've purchased from Jegs went to either my '69 Camaro or my '73, while most of the parts from Summit went to my Formula.

In the past year i have been using Summit and Jeggs a lot and i have had no major problems here. If an order was coming in 3 weeks i would know about it since the salesman told me that the part was on backorder! The prices are close to identical and the tech service has been good through both! I reccomend them as much as the millions of others, that is why they are on the top of their game. A couple of years back Summit did send me the wrong part though, it was quickly fixed and i did not have to pay shipping!

The Summit parts that took 3 weeks to get to me were in stock when I ordered and they shipped within a day or two. However the method of shipping to Canada they used took 3 weeks. Jegs on the other hand uses UPS and the stuff gets here in 4 or 5 days.
