I bought a D.E.I. 530t power window automation system off ebay for $15, what a deal right. Well I got it and one of the harnesses was missing. The seller did discribe it as including "a" harness so I didn't know that it came with 2 harnesses. Anyways, after about 6 phone calls to D.E.I., I got them them to send me the harnesses (both of them) for free. It took some moaning cause they don't directly sell (or deal) to consumers. But I finally got them to help me out. They didn't even charge me anything fot the harnesses. I just wanted to let people know that sometimes you just have to get the right person on the right day to get some help. Now if I can only find the time to wire it up.
