just figured id throw up a post...i have a great respect for a company that is always working even on weekends. those of us that work all week dont always have time to surf for parts and purchase them at "regular" times. i emailed denny saturday night and got a response back within minutes( im sure that was luck that he happened to be in his email but still) and was able to buy a part today from him(sunday). the more impressive part than him working on the weekend is that he went through the trouble to sell me a very low dollar part. great job guys i may be sending you another part request in the very near future with service like that.

Always good to know what people think of a business. I'm all about customer service and I'll go out of my way to buy from someone that knows how to treat customers.

 

I second that! I repair for a living and I get my feet held to the fire every day. I will not tolerate poor service.
