Re: Beware of Classic Industries
Seems to be mostly positive reviews. This may be a "Dead Horse" thread. I wouldn't be afraid to buy from them and will in the future.

Re: Beware of Classic Industries
Our policies are clearly outlined in our catalogs and online. We stand behind the products we sell with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In addition to this guarantee, many products are covered with a manufacturer's limited warranty that varies depending on the product and the policy of each manufacturer.
If you would like to learn more about our policies, they are all clearly outlined in our catalogs and on our website as well. Thanks again for your comments and please PM me should you have any further questions.
Best Regards,

I had a problem back in 2005 with a shipment and it left me with a bad opinion of your customer service. After seeing this thread, I'm glad someone is being proactive in handling these problems and I may consider ordering from Classics again since I will be restoring a 70 Z28/RS. I appreciate seeing a company make an effort to correct things when so many "e-stores" have no clue what customer service is.
Thanks for taking the time to log in and respond.
