You know, there was no reason to publicly post this. You could have sent him Private Message.

Many businesses can take longer than that to get back.

Re: denny 3rd gen ranch

Does anyone know how to get a response out of Denny? I bought a rear end from the guy and was sent shipping conformation with no tracking numbers or any real shipping info over a month ago. I have been sending multiple emails to dennyb@thirdgenranch.com daily but get no response back from him. Is this guy a thief or just has really bad customer service? I wish I could get my parts so I can drive my car again.

Re: denny 3rd gen ranch

You want expert 3rd gen advise and excellent customer service, go with a tried and true source, Bruce at Hawks. When you read posts like this it only reenforces not to deal with the bullsh*t from these types of joke places. It pis*ses me off when I hear about a place being able to quickly take your $$, but take their sweet time dealing with you after. Zero excuses. Zero.

Re: denny 3rd gen ranch

I am STILL waiting for my parts! Ten days ago Denny said they are on their way. I still don't have any tracking info for my order. Who ever reads this please do yourself a favor and don't even waist your time and money on thirdgenranch stuff.

Re: denny 3rd gen ranch

I've bought several things from Thirdgen Ranch and have always gotten my items within 2 weeks or my order. I wonder if he's got some other issues going on (personal/Health?) that maybe is keeping him from getting this stuff out? I mean as far as I know, he's a one man show there.
