Brocks camaro and firebird
I just wanted to post about this place. I have dealt with them a couple of times and it has been a pleasant experience everytime. They have an ebay store but if you call them up they have a much larger inventory than what they have listed. I happen to live fairly close so I can go in and they will discount the ebay fees and shipping in person. They only deal with firebirds and camaros so they really know there stuff also. They said that they currently have over 1000 cars right now. That includes all years also. They are transitioning to more of an ebay store so more stuff should be getting listed. Just wanted to share the info with you guys.

I have bought things from Brocks as well, usually small bits, but always something I couldn't find elsewhere. Top-notch people and as mentioned, knowledgeable about our cars. They do sell ALL years as well. 1st - 4th gen.

Just search "Brocks Camaro" on ebay
Re: Brocks camaro and firebird
I'd avoid them. They're horrible. (Ebay username "brockscamaro", I assume?) On February 19th, I bought on Ebay what was advertised as a 1987-1989 headlight module. It didn't work. I opened the back and the circuit board was stamped 96. This means it was produced in 1996 and only works on 1990-2002 Firebirds. (It works on my 1990 Firebird, but not the 1989. I tried it myself on both.) When I sent them an Ebay message letting them know it wasn't the advertised module (both look alike), "Jerry" emailed me through Ebay on February 24th and wrote, "we should have one for the 87-89, we will look tomorrow and ship it and you can return the wrong one with a label we send with it, sorry for the trouble, we usually mark these from the year car we took it off of." When I followed up a few times a couple of weeks later after not hearing nor receiving anything from Jerry, I never got a response. I'm having to go through Ebay to get my money back. He has been completely unresponsive even after I opened up a claim in the resolution center and eventually left negative feedback. A vendor that can't take a minute to write an email to resolve their mistake is a joke. Thankfully, I'm only out $39.95 as of now.
I suppose it could be a lot worse if I'd made a bigger purchase.

I suppose it could be a lot worse if I'd made a bigger purchase.I used to live right down the road from Brock's and have dealt with them on many an occasion. Jerry Brock is the owner of the place. He's as knowledgeable and passionate about 3rd gens as it gets and they've got just about any part you could need. I would compare his expertise with that of Bruce at Hawk's. But where Hawk's is a fairly large operation with customer service as a primary focus, Brock's is more of a mom & pop type garage/used parts seller that is trying to operate on a national level with their Ebay store (and I don't mean it to be derogatory in any way). I think Jerry does most of the Ebay stuff himself with little help so he always seems to be overworked and overwhelmed and as such, he forgets things. If you need something or he doesn't respond right away it's best to call.

Re: Brocks camaro and firebird
I just had a bad experience with Brock's on eBay. I have used him in the past once in a while and no complaints. I needed a new housing for my rear hatch pull down motor. I ordered what I thought was the right one. Turns out it doesn't fit. My motor mounts to the housing using 2 screws. The worm gear is in a covered tunnel. The housing I got from Brock's the worm gear looks to be exposed. He claimed I have an after market pull down motor and housing. Not sure how that is, I have owned my car new since 1989, and that is the original housing it came with.
So I tired to resolve this with him, to no avail. He offered to sell me a motor but when he responded back, he said he has 30 years experience and that I am basically hosed. I closed my eBay case. wont be doing business with him ever again.
