I have purchased from them and yes I believe it is run by husband and wife, part time.Roy does not hide that when you ask him. He buys wrecks and high mileage cars and parts them. That is what all these used parts guys do. As far as price I would always say you should shop around,Then buy.

The Biggest Problem seems to be ordering online......almost everyone who calls get what they want and quicker.

You'd be pissed if you gave somebody $190 for something you have no use for than you were told that's what you wanted and thats what you got. Then on top of that they wanted you to pay another $40 to get what you were supposed to get in the first plac over 2 months ago!!!!! So don't tell me to chill out!!!

headliner issue

I just now finally got my headliner 4-5 months later. It is however a nice looking piece. This trans action probably would have gone better over the phone in the first place. Call don't order online.

4-5 months later huh? Sounds like you ordered the thing, they told you they had one(which they probably did not)As soon as they received some, then they decided they would send you one. Did you have to send money first or did they charge you when they shipped your item? Please let me know before I order from them and make a mistake by doing so,Thanks

THEY SUCK... I WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. They messed up on a product that was under ten dollars that I won frmo ebay(dome light cover for an overhead console) I even personallly emailed Roy to make sure I was bidding on the right item..and he assured me it would fit. It turns out I waited a month to get it...and then it was the wrong one. Worse of all he denied the whole thing...then said that he would fix the error...but that I would have to pay for shipping...which would mean that I would pay 3 times as much for shipping than on the actual product...yet he said he had none in stock.

The difference, mtccl, is that several of us have actually had TRANSACTION problems, such as lousy products, bad customer-seller communications, falsely advertised products, etc.

Moderators jumped on you because youre being a cry baby because you cannot afford the high quality repro spoiler you want.

Okay Mister maturity... Not that its any of your business, but the web site is down. If you wanted to see my car, the page is accessible at www.geocities.com/admrlam/Bird.html

And if youre just looking for something else to use against me because you have no valid points to bash on GTAA with, then... well... youve proved my case for me. Go away.

Edit: Dont get your hopes up, i missed a word. You dont have valid points. And we both know it.

What does the fact that im a weirdo have to do with Third Gen Resource?

Dont be sour that people disagree with you over certain issues. All youre going to do now is get the post locked.

And why am i a weirdo because i have things written on my webpage that mean something to certain people, and not you?

Holy crap man, GTAA doesnt cater to you, and my webpage certainly will not!

Grow up

To get back on the topic of this thread... while some people have had luck resolving their troubles with TGR, the resolution i was offered was i could send the product back (a rear Trans Am bumper with a warp the size of a fault line in it) at my cost of shipping, eat the money it cost to send the bumper there (as well as have it shippied) and they would refund simply the cost of the bumper itself.

I tossed it in the trash, it was a faster resolution.
