Thirdgen ranch

Ordered some gauges from them. Got them within a week and were priced very well. Was weary with the reviews but couldn't be happier.

Re: Thirdgen ranch

Anyone ordered from them recently? I ordered some carpet pieces for the plastics over a week ago and never got any kind of order confirmation or anything like that? Everyone else I order from online always sends order confirmations, tracking info, etc..

Should I be worried?

Re: Thirdgen ranch

I ordered a Console and some GTA door handle trim pieces from Thirdgen Ranch over Thanksgiving holiday.

The prices were excellent and I got everything in three days. They combined my separate orders for me to save me even more $$$.

What I received was in almost new condition and was even better than advertised.

Overall a great experience with them.

Re: Thirdgen ranch

Hi, I ordered from them over the Thanksgiving holiday. I ordered a rear spoiler and a thermostat and have yet to see anything. I feel like I got ripped off! Don't buy from this company! I have gotten 2 e-mails saying it was shipped. and still, no parts delivered.

I ordered a complete serpentine set up from them last year. gave me a great price, included every bolt, and didn't kill me on shipping either.

Good to hear. I've been afraid to buy any parts from them for several years.

Re: Thirdgen ranch

I've ordered a bunch of stuff from them over the years and never had any major issues. That being said their customer service is lacking, but I always received my parts eventually.

Re: Thirdgen ranch

Just wondering if all of those folks who never got their parts a few years ago, ever got resolution.

send Denny an email and ask what's up. I've never had an issue but you can bet 100%, after 2 weeks even, I would be contacting them & expect a resolution. You're into your 2nd month & nothing?

Longest I've had to wait is a month. What I've noticed is that around the time of his year end sale, which is around christmas, his shipping times go way up.

Most of the stuff I order is small and is easily shipped. I wonder if you bought something large if that isn't why it's taking so long?

Either way I would send Denny an e mail to find out what is going on. If that doesn't get you anywhere dispute the charges with your bank/credit card and that will get his attention for sure.

Re: Thirdgen ranch

I have had good experience with Thirdgen Ranch but I'm not the typical e-mail customer that they prefer. I have the owner's cell phone number because I am resourceful

There is simply no replacement for talking to a live person to help things go smoothly. In fact, I refuse to work with places that only operate by e-mail (hence why I hunted down a phone number). Thirdgen Ranch will continue to be one of my few go-to places for excellent used parts as long as they keep answering the phone.

I'm not giving out the phone number because it is not mine to give out. If he doesn't want to share it then that is his choice. And it was hard to find and I don't want him changing it because of you guys!

I've never had a bad experience with them. If I need a part they are always the first place I check

Re: Thirdgen ranch

I was at the year end sale time that I bought a rear spoiler for my T/a. I talked to him 4 times. He did finally ship my part to me, and I would buy from them again.
