TPI to HSR swap...lets see some engine bays
alright i need some pics of good looking non cluttered engine bays (any tpi type motors) to give me some ideas on where to run all my wires and hoses when i get this new motor in. i need some visual help on what to do to make the bay look clean and simple

ya but after 9000 into the motor i sort of didn't have the money left. i have it in the plans though. along with bigger headers and a th350 trans

looks good guys, keep um comin! does anyone have any tips/suggestions for making the engine compartment with a stealthram less cluttered??
fire...i see you are running 8.4X and trapping 80...i cant get out of the 9's and am trapping 81

Last season on my old 355 setup, I could run 119mph every pass, and any e/t from 12.40 to 13.80 all at 119mph. It was just how I came outta the hole that mattered.

True true but my times have nothing to do with that. true i have some suspension work but my tires suck kumho 711. not the greatest i still spin um off the line even with a good burnout.

whats everyone doing for their injector plugs? are you using the stock wiring harness or something else? i noticed free birds looks different than mine...

Although I have a different application, you can do the same. I turned the injectors so the connector would face the center of the engine. This hides the wiring.

i'm using the C950 computer from holley. bought the hole it. makes it very easy to change the computer. you can watch and change thing in realy time.

Here's mine. I also used the C950 w/harness, getting rid of the factory harness will clean it up a LOT.

i have a couple breathers to help woth pressure build-up and dont enjoy what the pcv leaves behind in my intake manifold

Cam &heads for the HSR
Hi!
Can i ask you all what heads and cam are you running whith?
I cant decide if the ZZ4 or the ZZ4 hot cam will be the best for me and what heads for that combo.I will install the HSR this winter and dont wont to make any misstakes this time.
And do any know vere to by a fuellinekit to the HSR?

as far as the fuel lines are concerned...cant really buy a kit, gotta make one. see www.stealthram.com for more.

I'm running a Commander 950 system and harness as well. My car originally had a CC Quadrajet, then was just plain old carb'd, and now it's fuel injected
I still need to neaten things up a bit, but it's not too bad. Now if only I could get it running right

nothing special, nor complete..
I drove the car for a week and cracked the block
... Never did take pictures of the engine in working trim..
It did move the car nicely though..

Dont know about more power, first reason to swap was the PITA SR install.......
