Help: Perimeter covers with angled intake bolts.

Just like in the picture...

I thought the angled intake bolts were only on center-bolt valve covers???

Well, the answer is easy..
- Pre-87 are perimeter valve cover and all 6 intake bolts per side are at the same angle.
- Corvette L98 (85-91) Aluminum heads are center bolt and all 6 intake bolts per side are at the same angle.
- 87 & up heads are center bolt but the center two intake manifold bolts per side are at a different angle the the front and rear two bolts.

Oh, the Ramjet 350 comes with centerbolt covers. There are adapters so you can use tall perimeter covers to clear your valve train (or-maybe you just want a different style).

So if I use the adapters, then I can use late-style heads with angled bolts and center-bolt covers, with perimeter bolt covers?

Yes- so as long as the intake manifold matches the bolt pattern on the heads.
