another HSR fuel leak!!!!!
you know out of all the holley products I can't think of too many that don't end up with a fuel leak while it is still pretty new. there carbs leak fuel at the gaskets for the bowls, fuel pumps **** all over the headers (electric blue ones leak past the bushing and drip all over the ground) and seems like I have seen and heard of the HSR fuel rails leaking.
today I found my shradder valve leaking! WTF I don't even use it and it's just dripping fuel past the core and making this large scary puddle on my intake.(thank XXX I am not a hack and have good plug wires propperly routed and no spliced up junk under the hood) anyway I took out the core to inspect it and the seal is all messed up.
I decided it was more trouble replacing this so I bought the 1/8 brass plug that fits in it's place. I will just remove the plug if I need to check the fuel psi. or maybe I will just make the gm style fitting the way it should be!!! now I/m not saying holley makes bad products but maybe they need to think of saftey and keep the fuel from leaking by using better seals
