HSR?
Just finished install and have a problem. The car will start and rev up to 2500rpm than drop back, stall and die. Could this be fuel pressure? Havent checked yet. It is a 87 350tpi with 165 MAF. If i give it gas it will stay running running if its above 3000
Any suggestions?

still sounds like a vacume leak. is the motor stock other wise? even a small cam will run with the stock chip. I would double check gaskets and what you have for plugs and fittings to the intake. how did you run the pcv? TB vacume hoses? canister ? brake booster and even the injector o-rings are the sealing to the lower intake?

Ok im retarded LOL I forgot to compensate for the adj maf sensor DUH. The air that the hsr and the tpis 58mm throttle body was pulling in was way more then the maf was used to. Therefore sending rediculess amount of gas to compensate for what the ecm was reading LOL
