distributor timing indicator?

distributor timing indicator?
I would have posted this in the Tech secton but this is related to the SteathRam base. Has anyone ever used a Timing indicator with HSR? does it fit?

The graduated plate is screwed to the manifold. I've thought about using one sometimes, but how often do you really need to set your timing?
