TPI 305 out HSR 383 in, What wires do I keep?

So just wires hanging in the engine bay now (ok some other stuff but the engine is out!) Here is my question. I have the complete HSR kit with Holley's comander 950 and their wiring harness. Do I want to remove the entire TPI harness? or is there something I need to keep from the TPI system? I have no smog laws here in my state with the exception of 2 towns, which I am exempt in based on age in a year and a half, so I don't need that stuff. I plan on pulling the air conditioning out and don't really care to keep cruise control ect. Can I just pull all of it out?

I would really like to clean that engine bay out and make it less cluttered. Just worried I am going to take to much out. Any suggestions?

When I removed my ecm and wiring. I did have to cut some wires. But, I kept my AC. Ijust putchased the HSR with the commander. It has all you will need except for the torque converter lock up, if it's an auto.

The signal wire from the A.C. to the ECM for example. It's been a while but since I removed it but, you can't just pull one harness out without it being connected to another. On my 92 anyway. There were a few grounds and stuff I had to cut and solder. My t/c locks up hydraulically now. I was just letting the guy know that the 950 commander has no provision for t/c lockup.
