Off with the SUPER on goes the Stealth... Problem though

Had a rear oil leak and figured it was the last time I wanted to remove the Super Ram. So I did the swap. It ran fine before with an old Hypertech chip.
I got done and it started right up. It drives perfect except when I get to the speed I want to maintain. Under part throttle, I mean just barely touching, it starts missing and bucking like a bronco. Is this as simple as the EGR switch not being hooked up. The smog pump and the air lines were already plugged but the vac lines to the egr were still there and the 2 wire plug was still in the switch. So was the computer still taking readings and now it can't?

Thanks

Some before and afters

You need to ditch the hypertech and get a good custom tune.. once you get it tuned you'll love the HSR

Get a scanner on there and start datalogging..

Even when something "feels fine" it can be off on the tune and potentially damaging. Noones butt dyno is calibrated to figure out a tune.

Timing was up in the 30's BTDC. Got it down to 6 and it ran fine at part throttle but I lost WOT power. I have to find a happy medium.
