Searched this thread....didn't see answers to the following:
1989 'Vette:
The EGR tube flange is near the center of the T-Ram base. It's at the rear of the stock, TPI base. How are folks connecting the Exhaust tube from the manifold, to the intake flange? And the EGR temp sensor? I'm thinking I'll have to fab a new tube and lengthen the temp sensor wire.
Stock TPI injectors on a stock engine? I'd think so, since the tq peak isn't meaningfully higher?
Rear water/steam vent/pipe: The '89 'Vette has a full rear water crossover passage in the stock base. It uses intake gaskets w/a small port/orifice to allow steam to escape into the x-over, then there is a small, flair fitting that threads into that rear x-over and runs to the front of the engine where it connects to the suction side of the water pump. Obviously, it's there to eliminate steam/air pockets at the rear of the heads. T-Ram has no rear crossover passage. Do we just ignore the steam issue? Plug the bleed tube off?
Thanks.

2 stock egr tubes cut and welded should do it but it will need mods. EGR temp wire, either cut and lengthen or make a jumper that just plugs in. (Think 02 wire extensions will work just fine)
There is a flat spot on the pass rear for the vett steam line to be drilled and tapped. You could do the same on the driver side then run a small line to the pass side.
The aluminum cam can be machined at anytime, but they are going to be a bit expensive. I'm still looking for someone to make the brackets. I kinda put the project on the back burner after realizing just how costly it was going to be.
Here is where I'm at as of today. I'm trying to decide if it's worthwhile to move forward with having the cruise control assembly reproduced for those who need it. When I started this little project I had absolutely no idea it would be such a costly endeavor. The smallest run that would be feasible to do, would be 10 complete units. This would include the aluminum cam and brackets, reproduced as close to the original as possible. The cost is looking to be around $1000 for each unit. I would need at least 7 serious people willing to put down deposits to move forward. If you are interested, please let me know. Thanks, David

Did a search for this too....but didn't see anything; How are folks connecting the AN fuel lines for the T-Ram, to the o-ring fittings on the fuel feed and returns? I'm guessing that there is a fitting that you can buy from a hose place?

You need a Saginaw 14 and 16mm to an6 from
earls or fragola.
PSA: The 'Vette application uses the 16mm for both feed and return. At least my '89 does.
What gives w/the FPR? Is it NOT vacuum referenced? Or did I buy one w/the nipple broken off?
I finally got the fuel line routing sorted, had lines made, and got the upper installed...then realized the the TPI T-stat neck won't fit under the TB. Now (this late in the game), I "get it" why there is a t-stat housing that matters. Shitty.

My t ram uses a factory tpi fuel pressure regulator , diaphragm and cover with vacuum fitting.
the t stat is specific to the t ram. Look at previous threads a member had one made wasn’t cheap I don’t think.
Thanks for teh post #. I'm confused though; are those for sale somewhere? I didn't see anything about them being purchaseable? He says that they're CNC machined, but the pics show a cast water neck....I don't "get it".
Your regulator housing nipple is snapped off. Might be able to tap with 1/8 not and get a 1/8 not to barb fitting.
looks like your pressure tester fitting is missing too.
Thanks. I thought that might be the case. I didn't even think about it until today, when I was running through the vacuum lines in my head, that needed to be hooked up. Then it hit me; "where's the Nipple of the FPR!?".
I gave charlie6178 way, WAY too much money for this thing. Shame on me for not researching better and letting myself get taken on this one. Shitty.
I'll PM him about the water neck, but do you think that ANY OF THESE
....might fit? I can't believe that there isn't a go-to solution for T-Ram folks.
I don’t think there will be a alternative t stat housing. The t ram one is angled down and the radiator hose then routes between the belt. A blower one may work but then might hit the alternator is on the drivers side. A street and performance may work if you can find one.
Thanks.....again! I had a couple "revelations". First, I finally understood what you meant/why you used a stock TPI FPR; they're the same. I had an extra TPI fuel rail assy in the "museum" so I took the housing from that and solved my FPR issue.
Then while I was looking at parts in the museum, I started to wonder about stat housings that I had...if they'd fit. They sure do! No problem there, so that problem is solved also. I appear to be in good shape now. I just need to get one more 4mp 90* 3/8 nipple for the PCV, and I can finally finish this thing, and test fire it.

Well, here we go again. let's put a SN92 paxton on with a T-ram.. =10lbs of sh*t in a 5lb bucket.. (we hope)
II have got to get a new phone. Sometimes it takes great pictures and other times, well...
Sheet and Im happy with my single T Ram although I also have a mcfarland short ram and.... #1 of only 2 callaway dual TB twin turbo intakes destined for the spiess tc522. In fact a buddy has #2... I have the complete engine (he has the other)
Nice score Tony, looks like the upper is polished?
It sure is. There is also some cool history to this T-ram, it was used in the TPI mega test magazine story and the video.
It has the standard length runners so it doesn't show a bit more rpm/hp like the firehawks modified intake would. They have their paired runners cut back a bit and the press firehawk upper has even less length .
I think that he was saying that it was THE one, used in the original marketing pics/brochure.
On another note, has anyone run their throttle cable UNDER the left plenum? I don't like the angle of the way that the wire rope exits the cable housing; it's angle down too much IMO and will "saw" through the housing. If you mounted it under the plenum it appears that it would be a straight shot at the throttle arm cam....

Looks like he's getting offers so we'll see how/where it ends up
Asked if they had any other pictures or parts with the T-ram for install. This is the response.
"yes but I cant now to many offers locked it Im working on it, yes I have water neck, throttle cable bracket, fuel pressure regulator, gaskets, some fittings, and even the 92 linkage slp modded 52mm throttle body this is a stock throttle body that slp bored to 52mm with the are foil installed"
