Well noone is helping me decide so i'm not helping you! Jk
I like the TT if you liked polished, if you want chrome i would get chrome! I too am stuck and don't know what to get! I ordered Edelbrock 409's but they are back ordered for like 5 months so i'm looking around again!! I'm down to 17" cragars, 17 Boyd Coddingtons, or 17 TT!! Let me know what you decide and post some pics!!

Ok Ok.... hear me out on this before you start your flames.....
The TTII has become the Cragar SS of the new mellenium. They are by far the coolest looking wheel on the market IMO. Only one problem...... every 3 out of 5 musclecars you see has them. Look around and see how popular they've become. And rightfully so.... they're awesome looking on anything you put them on. But as I said, everyone has them or wants them. This brings up another issue- theft! What would you feel safer leaving in the K-Mart parking lot in a bad neighborhood? Which are most likely to get your car stolen?
I myself am keeping with my stock IROC's and polishing them. They are one of the many few wheels that look "correct" on a 3rd gen. IMO....
But there are alternatives out there. It just depends on your taste and your willingness to take a few added risks.
It's your car and you will have to ultimitely decide.

Id go with the chrome irocs, as stated earlier the tts are played out a lil bit, it would be hard for the chrome irocs to be played out with the limited of selection of cars they would like right on. They look very well on my rs too.

Good point IROC57TPI, although with the amount of money im putting in this car....roughly 22K i dont think im going to let it out of my sight...lol! But its true they are popular and many cars have them, i hate decisions, maybe i need to think a little more on what the outcome of my project should look like.

TransAm- What size our your Cragars?? What size tire is that also?? Do you regret getting them now? They look really shinney!!!
True about alot of people having the TT II's but they are a pretty damn cool rim choice. They look great on just about any car, especially thirdgens. Keeping with the originality theme, a nice set of mint Iroc's, polished or chromed would look great too. It's just up to how you want to present your car.

If it was an IROC-Z28, I would say the IROC-Z rims, but here I would go with the TT 2's.
