Nice car... I think I like the hood. I've never seen it before, but I sure don't think it looks bad.
Nice car! Now for some creative criticizm.....
The silver on the car is too much IMO. Either the stripes or the ground effects, not both. I like the hood. Very cool.
The front tires are too low of a profile to fill the wheelwell. Bigger tires like a 245 or 255 would look much better.
Otherwise awesome ride!

QUESTIONS
I PAINTED THIS CAR MYSELF, AND YES I ALSO MADE THE HOOD, IT IS FUNCTIONAL (my air cleaner sticks out of the hood) AND I HAVEN'T GLASSED IT IN YET. THE CAR HAS MANY MODS, -
91' 305 TBI block with Vortec heads milled to 57cc and super thin .0015 gaskets = about 10.6:1 compression, Crane Cam, Edelbrock intake, Demon Carb, old style HEI, Hooker Headers w/custom y-pipe, and 3 inch back to a dynomax w/ 3.5 chrome pipes out back, Ram Air (air cleaner sticks out of hood and scoop is open),Crane ignition, w/accel wires, Torque conv. lockup switch and B+M shift kit, 3.23 Richmond gears and a Zexel POSI out back, Energy bushings, IROC springs, coil over shocks in rear, Centerline wheels w/ 275's out back, I painted it, 3 coats base, 1 coat pearl, 2 coats clear. Blue pearl on the Arctic Blue, White pearl on the silver. 2-12 inch Kicker Solobarics, 2-10 inch Rockfords, Boston and Oz highs, 3 amps,600 watts.

All that on a 305 and you have 330 horse? You ever get it dynoed or ran it at the track or have any times or what? I can see if you had some power adders but if its NA I dunno if i believe it or not. What does everything else think?

a 305 could have 330 hp, but with his mods listed i doubt it, but that would be at the flywheel

GET OVER IT-
I DON'T KNOW IF ANYONE SAW THIS BUT, THERE WAS AN ISSUE OF CAR CRAFT IN LIKE 1999 OR 2000 WITH A FEATURE CALLED "305 Build it or Scrap it?" THEY TOOK AN LG4 AND GOT 324.9 HONEST FLYWHEEL HORSEPOWER OUT OF IT. I BUILT THE MOTOR TO THE SAME SPECS BUT USING A LO3 (HIGHER STOCK COMPRESSION) I GOT HALF A POINT MORE COMPRESSION AND ALSO I PUT A LONGER DURATION, HIGHER LIFT CAM IN ITTHAN THE ONE THEY USED IN THE ARTICLE.
SO I THINK THAT ADDING 5 HORSEPOWER FOR HALF A POINT OF COMPRESSION AND A LARGER CAM IS OK.
I DID ALL THE WORK MYSELF GUYS, I'M NOT AN IDIOT WHO DOESN'T KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. - I HAVEN'T RAN THE CAR AT THE TRACK YET, I ONLY GET TO DRIVE IT WHEN I RETURN HOME TO HAWAII FROM COLLEGE IN CA. BUT...... WHEN I FIRST ASSEMBLED EVERYTHING, I BEAT AN 89 350 G92 IROC BY 1 CARLENGTH WITH A BENT VALVE... THIS SAME CAR BEAT A 97 Z-28 ONCE AND TIED IT TWICE RIGHT AFTER WE RACED. SINCE THEN I YANKED THE HEAD, REPLACED THE VALVE AND SHE RUNS LIKE A CHAMP.
I DON'T SEE HOW YOU GUYS ARE SAYING THAT YOU HAVE FRIENDS WITH WAY MORE MODS- WHAT ELSE COULD YOU DO TO A 305 WITHOUT ADDING A BLOWER OR NOS??? 10.6-1 COMPRESSION ON A 305 WITH A BIG CAM AND VORTECH HEADS?? 330HP, YES IS VERY POSSIBLE.

you'd prolly type in caps too if you came to a website dedicated to the car you own asking ppl to check out your ride and all they do is tell you you're bull****. I KNOW I WOULD TYPE IN CAPS!!!
Well i read an article that said putting on a K&N air filter and removing my intake hose on the 305 TBI increased my horses to 250 and i did the same thing so i must be getting the same horses...

Trying to find more pics...
I'm rustling around for more pics, so bear with me... anyway, the specs on my cam are: 442 int., 465 exh. and I think the duration is 216int. and 224exh. @500 lift. also I have stamped 1.6 rockers... this brings the lift to 471 int., 496 exh.
I need a stall converter really bad, that would finish the car, the motor redlines at about 6000, so my low end isn't exactly tire blazing like I'd like it with that stock converter, chirps the hell out of the 275's from 1 - 2nd though, also need to find a way to brace the trans. I've went through 3 trans mounts in 5000 mi., all of them end up in two pieces.

I like the color & the hood too.. It's different. I'd like to see this article from Car Craft. Sounds interesting.. Stuff I could do to my 305..

After seeing both Willie and Tim Burgess run their cars at the track, I'll never doubt a 305 again. Both are in the 12's and are running well over 300 hp(I think)
