paint has bubbled and poped/peeled

i have a teal rs and in some spots the paint has bubbled , poped and peeled, now i have primer dots and the paint still is flaking... anyone have any methods on repainting the exposed areas? whats the color numbers for a 92 teal RS? it all started from a small evil little scratch!

the exposed paint is on the trunk piece and the front hood line.

To do it right you will have to sand off All of the paint on the affected panels (hood and hatch piece), re-primer, block sand with guide coat using 400 wet and re-paint.

As GKK said sand "ALL" your paint off, most times bubbles are caused from water in air hoses when it was sprayed or from dust on the panel when it was sprayed.
you might even find you side panels r slightly affected the tops always go first due to the extra heat from the sun.
I have always bear metaled any panels with this problem instead of just sanding the color off.
"Happy sanding"

Also about the color, if it is stock, you can go to any car paint store, dealership and they will have it on file. If not they can tell you where in your car to get the PAINT CODE. Don't forget, it may also be a base coat clear coat. The clear will make a difference how the color turns out.
