GM Paint Code

Hey, i have a few small spots on the car that are chipped, and a few rust spots that i need to bondo, it's all exterior.. My question is, does anyone know what the paint code is for the 88 Firebird? This would be of much use - i bought a few bottles of touchup paint and none seem to match, i looked up the GM Paint Code for 88 Firebird and it said 3700, but it's a flat paint..not glossy.
Please help!

I may be wrong, but it may be a base/clear coat paint. Ask the dealership or body shop.

Yeah as 88bravo said if its clear over base your paint will be dull & possibly darker.
