Howdy, some q's about custimizing

Hey guys,
This is my first post, and I'd just like to say that I think this is an awsome place to hang out. I recently purchased a 1985 firebird. Plain jane six banger. I'm completely restoring the entire car, every nut and bolt. I have always wanted to build up a street sweeper/show stopper that is completely unique. Here's my plan: small block, (it's an auto), lowered stance, gloss black, wide whitewalls and smoothies! I have never seen anyone crazy enough to do it yet. And personaly I think it would be awesome. Any thoughts? I'm only speaking for myself. I'm going to do it regardless, but I just wanted to hear some feed back. thanks for your time.

Don't listen to these idiots ^^^ Wide whites and steelies go with black primer and baby Moon hubcaps, not 100-spoke Daytons. I'd go with full size Moon disk wheels for that Bonneville look.

check out the Mooneyes website for those old=school hot-rod parts

Lets see here... he asks for opinions and we give him opinions- that makes us idiots? Why? Just because we don't agree with his tastes or yours? Its an OPINION, learn what the word means. Not all opinions will agree with yours, get over it.

I think it was a joke since he offered his opinion, too...

Definitely 17's...I am all for people making their thirdgens look different, but wide whitewalls and smoothies would look outta place on a F-body. Looks great on a old hotrod, though. Like some other guys said if like it go for it, its your car.

MetalliCamaroRS, I wasn't talking about you, I was refering to Rice Burner and MG86TA. And I wasn't being serious about them, either.

I happen to like Hydro's and Daytons, just not on ThirdGens.
