I think you need to get rid of that red grill and get a black 91-92Z grill.... they sell them brand new from gm on ebay for around $50 and id also get the headlight pockets painted black if that was done appearance wise id give it a 9, but speed wise id give it a 3
keep up the good work
keep up the good work over all damm nice car.
that is one of the brightest reds i have ever seen.
that heritage stripe needs to keep going over the hood.
i've no probs with the sun roof.
get a black front grill, i think it would look better.
like the hood
over all very nice car

The sunroof was on the car when I got it.. I don't like it either, but I guess I'll have to live with it..
The grill is red for a reason, it's a heritage edition camaro so the grill is the same color as the body on this particular model.
I just got my car back from the shop, and I am going to get the stripes back on in a week or two.. Gotta get my ROH snypers first.
And the headlamp pockets ARE black..

Damn nice RS! I don't really care for the sun roof either, but over all your car is sweet!

Car looks nice. I know the grille was red on that particular model, but I would have to agree with some of the other people about the grille and go with a Z-28 grille,or at least paint that one black. It would blend better with the blk scoop and headlight pockets. But overall, looks good.
I have a couple of questions.....
Also one more vote for a underhood pic, is that scoop functional??
Everybody already said it but, i'll add one more......what's going on with the stripes?? IMO you should get them on the top also, and the hood......Get a new Z28 grill.......You got any interior pics to show what the sunroof looks like?

Love the hood man!!!! i have to agree though on the headlight pockets. but i give it a 10 !! mainly because I'm partial because i have a RS but it doesn't run like a RS.!!!!!!!!!!!
just have one option for you.
on the stripes on the hood.
what you should do is just paint the raised part black starting at the tips in the front of the scoop. leaving a small red line down the middle, making the stripes look as though they start just on the SS raised part, then putting a bowtie in red on the back of the cowl right on the vertical part the farthest back, about 1-2" off the edge.
i hope you understand.

so i am guessing that the sun roof was put in by the owner before u? i actually kinda liek that and i was thinking about doing that same thing my self. Do u know if he has a screen name or something so i can get in touch with him? thanks o, by the way, thats car is hella hot, i wish mine looked that good.nice ride!
Nice car looks good. If u got the 1991-1992 black Z28 grill and took that 25th anniversiry sticker of the windsheild, along with the strips u would have one of the nicest thirdgens ive seen. It still lookes really good with the hood though.

I love that SS hood.
I think the camaros with Ram air hoods look gay. Why would u put a firebird hood on a Camaro? Same goes for SS hoods on firebirds. I say stick with what looks good and that SS hood looks killer man. Nice job.

Nice lookin car. I have the 3.1 RS, it isn't a 25th anniversary package, just the color purple and the dash badge is as 25th anniversary as it gets. Ur car is the first car I have seen with the actual package. I never knew what the badge on the back looked like. I am gonna try to get some silver stripes for my purple car. But ur car, I like it. Stick with the RS grille, its rare, i say keep it. I upgraded like the others told you only to find that my car looks just like everybody's Z28. I'm lookin into findin rims like you have. WHo would put Torq Thrust IIs on a v6. I dont think its worth it. SO I am gonna stay stock and buy the cheaper RS/Z rims for 91/92. Good luck with your rims. Try and lose the sunroof. Cya.

Looks like you got your sub box from pro audio. I got mine from him. Here's mine with tens.
I got the hood from American Sports Car Design.
The hood grille is open but the back of the hood is closed.
I was going to have the back of the cowl part cut out, but from the way the hood was constructed, I didn;t think it would be a good idea.
I'll try and get a pic up as soon as I can fellas..
Thanks for all the comments.. I'm taking some of them into considerations.
The tips are ANSA Racing Tips.
I don't know much about them besides that they are Italian made.
Where are you located PimpRod92RS?
I have an extra set of RS rims just setting in my garage..They're still in good shape..

Are those Comp VR's? Do u like them? I'm lookin at getting a single 12" soon...
Yea, you can buy them from American Sports Car Design @ www.americansportscar.com. I paid 485 for my hood about 3 weeks ago.
Yea, those are the 2002 series of kicker comp vr 12's.
I have 900 watts of power pushing those babies, and they pound! Best sounding bass I've ever heard from a 3rd gen.
Thanks for the compliments..
