Everytime I clean an engine, something breaks. Last time it was the timing chain on my 454 Suburban. I had just cleaned it two days before.

Every time I work on my car it rains. Without fail. Nice sunny day, not a single cloud in the sky. Old clothes on, wrench in hand, hood open, rainstorm. Usually it waits until I'm part way through a job, so my tools, engine and clothes all get a soaking while I'm desperately gathering everything up.

JACKO,
No Open Element Air Filter?? I thought that was the first mod everyone does to their car.......
It also helps clear the engine bay a little.....and it's chrome....
