i think the bird on the hood breaks up the blue alittle bit.

 

I like it better without the bird and decals, but that's just me. I've never liked the bird on thirdgens.

 

the bird plus the ram air hood looks very nice and in good taste. it gives it somewhat of a old school meets new school look.

yeah, I like the bird on the R/A-I hood. In fact, once I get the thing painted, I'm going with the bird in silver over red.

 

I like it with the decals on,and the hood fire chicken will and always kick a$$

 

That's not a Ford beside your car is it? he he....j/k. About the graphics, It looked ok without 'em but its looks great with 'em. Heck, I'd be happy with a paint job on my car!

 

I really like the graphics. It is like it was designed for that hood more than any other to be honest. It has the best "factory" look with it in my opinion.... considering the ASCD hood isn't factory.
I like the graphics. Without the bird, it looks "naked" like you posted.

 

where did you guys get those sweet *** solid ram air hoods without the break in the middle?

 

I think there should be something for false advertising!!

Nice, I like it with or without the graphics.

 

I'm so used to seeing decals and emblems on cars that your car looks naked without them. I like the hood decal.

Naked pics... Deep down I knew better, but D@mn, I'm still gullible! Seriously, it looks like it belongs there. Actually, it makes me kick myself (some more) for selling my '79 6.6 liter T/A

 

I don't know if you noticed but me neighbors 6.6. 2nd gen is in the background of the first pic. It's got new paint and interior done now too.

 

Yeah, I did see it (77 or 78...?) it's the same color as mine was, that might have been part of what reminded me. Also, I meant to say that the bird is a T/A thing. They don't all have to have one, but done right, I think it could look good on any generation T/A. Just my 2C.

 

yea my parents always tell me how they regret selling their 79ta 6.6 too, I wasnt old enough to enjoy the car but i remember it and have seen pictures and wish we still had it, man that was a nice car, had some ***** too.

Car looks too boring without the decals...the T/A emblems (especially the hood bird!!) really set it off. Great car.
