no, i dont have macewen gauges..i wish. not to long ago a guy on here made DIY white face guages for 82-84 applications. i put it in photoshop and messed with it a little by adding my own colors and putting reversed matching pics on the speedo and tach. on the other 2 guages one of them says TRANS then the other says AM. iv got a brown/gold ground effects car so i went with black numbers and letters, a gold/silver bird, and all the warning lines(like your redline, 55mph marker, high heat...blah blha blha) are done in gold/silver. i think it looks good, but then i havent got it in the car yet, thats gonne be this weekend. but i cant really say what i want to do with them exactly. i just want to get it in photoshop and play with it and see how it turns out.

Sweet, I never thought about it until just now. Ive had my macewens in for a long time, and i was always thinkign my shift indicator was out of place, since the guages are white, the guages in my dual gauge pod are white, but the shifter was black. Now i can replace that with white, make it all match!!!

Sweet. Thnx for the idea!!!

Ehh I figured out how todo about 2 years ago when white faced guages were jsut starting to get popular..

Yep they even light up at night so I can see the lettering also.

BTW I got a .psd file and a .jpg file if anyone wants it as a base to start out with. Just e-mail me at kat@nethirdgen.org

Anyone know a way to make the control backlighting any brighter? I've got a 5w bulb in there now and it is semi bright, but only on the right side. Maybe add another bulb somehow? Ideas?
