I voted I don't like the idea.
I like the idea of neons, but I don't like the color choice. But its your car, do what you want. I think it'll still look good, but it could be better, thats all.

Some people may not like the undercar kits on third gens, but I think that my car looks twice as good at night when I turn them on. I dunno, to me it just accentuates the idea of speed that the body style is supposed to convey. But I guess since I want my car to look fast, people will call it rice cause that's what ricers try to do. Nevermind the fact that camaros and firebirds are actually made to go fast.
white would look pretty sweet.........it is the brightest color next to red which looks great too. actually almost any color you pick would be alright except for green.
i use to have yellow, but i don't think i have a pic...
here are some terrible pics, but they will give you an idea at least.

I am pretty sure that blue is one of the two colors you are not allowed to have. Blue and red are law enforcement agency, and I got pulled over for havin some blue lights on mine. They said no blue and no red. Maybe the laws are different where you are at.

I vote for purple or red...the law is going to screw with you either way, so don't let that bother you!

on a black car, depending on your interior colour green would look really nice...although you know how i am viewed here on this site...
i have red under mine and everybody in town almost waits til it turns night time, then they are like waiting for me to drive up to the local hangout with them on...never been stopped (yet) but lt1guy is right theyll hit you for something...whether its legal or not...
i have noticed though that since ive had mine on ive seen about 20 more cars pop up with them on...could be copycats, but could be just coincidence!!
either way make sure YOU like them and thats all thats gonna matter in the end...!!

ps when i get home ill put some pics on of my undercar lights...just at dusk

well its a black car with black interior. the thing is im not sure yet weather to go with white or green. why? becuz im gettin white SS stripes put on hopefully sometime this month before the gathering in bridgwater. also i wanna do green becuz i saw it on a friends old civic (94 ex) he had and the green is pretty darn bright and where the car was p[arked when i saw it, it was under a light in the parking lot and even with the dim of the lamp post it was bright. and also im not doing to be ricy or becuz of the fast and the fabulous. i wanna do this color becuz its different and plus most people that get neon's for thirdgens are either blue, red, purple, turqiues or how ever u spell it. but hey after i install it when ever i get it and i dont like the color ill see if i could excahnge for white.

Could be a good color butwould it go with the int color? Once I get my car painted I am going to go with purple.
yea my friend also has a black 84 z28 and he's gettin the purple/blacklight color and thats also why i dont wanna go with the purple. and the red doesnt look good, both blues are kinda okay the turqiuse is okay lookin but not too sure of it, the green probably would look better if someoen had pics of it on a thirdgen, the white would go good with the white SS stripes but im think im might try the green first just too see how bright it is and how well it looks with the stripes. but if it looks bad ill just call street glow and see if i could just exchange the neon tubes for the white tubes. but i think ill finally have to make my decision by next month (october) to be able to show u guys what color i went with. becuz right now its green but might change

wow those red ones look really good, how much is it, i'm probably gonna buy a newer camaro 91 RS, in a few days, pending the carfax, and i'm thinkin i like those. if it's not to much i might consider it, and how hard is it to do, could i do it myself, or with help from my dad. i dont have a garage really to do it in, i have a garage but it's got junk in it, i can get the car in but it would all depend on how much room i need. and if i couldn't where would i go to get them installed and how much do you think that would cost. thanks

http://www.liteglow.com/lowglow/radicolorkits.htm I don't know if you had checked these out, but they're two or three colors in the same tube, so you could do like purple and teal. I've never seen an f-body w/ these so I dunno if it'd look like crap or not, but it's just a thought

i dont know if you were referring to mine but ill answer anyways..
they arent hard at all to install, just very tedious...took me about 2 hours or so..most of the time was wiring the setup installation is quite easy as long as you can find a good place to mount them. the only real help i can give you is make sure tha you cant see the tubes themselves when you look at them..(i dont know about where you are from, but the police around here only really bug you if they see the tubes...) i dont know why but thats the sticky on that...

i know u guys like the blue and the purple but thats the thing most people have those colors. im not goin to be like everyone else. im still goin to keep it on the domestic muscle side on what mods i do but im still thinkin either the green or white. but after my stripes and the green neons look out of place then ill switch too the white.
who the hell are u and what the hell did u say? speak english and u wont look like an ***.

I'll try to make this understandable. I DON'T like neons at all. It doesn't matter to me the color, position, or whatever. When I bought my blue car, it had blue neons; I ripped those out within a week or two. I'm just giving my opinion like everybody else. Don't!
well thanx for ur opinion and i wont be like some and be like well if have nothing to say about this then dont even post here..blah blah blah u get the idea. i too was all about no neon's on thirdgen's but then i saw a few pics back when roshambo had his TA and a few shots with his car and a few other pics did me in on how they look cool on certain color cars.
