New 82, 83 Camaro & 85 Trans Am model kits available

Just thought some of you would like to know. AMT/Ertl has reissued their old 83 Camaro Z28 kit. These are new and should be available in your local hobby store.

Also, Arii has reissued thier old 85 Trans Am and 82 Z28 kits. These kits do not have opening hoods or engines.

I believe that these kits are the only 3rd gen kits currently being produced.

You have to like how the Japanese draw cars, they all have 17"+ wheels, awesome stance, and nice paint. Sometimes the box a model comes in is better than the model itself.

Some more info on 3rd gen model kits. Monogram did re-issue the 1/8th scale 1985 IROC kit. I saw a few in a hobby shop in dallas. I think they where discontinued again since they are so big and are plagued with shipping problems and pieces getting broken. Look around on ebay and you can find one.
